File 187000.jpg was deleted, and file "f187000.jpg" (URI: file:///media/lubuntu/DE98A5D298A5A98B/_sdb2.extracted/f187000.jpg) was derived from it via lximage-qt, which was running as root. A file named "wdc_wd5000avvs-63zwb0_skip43000000_count500000_bs512" didn't seem to turn out so great; it was not great.
