Part of a compressed version of the original data source that the JPG file was carved from was stored at "Volume in drive D is My Passport \ Volume Serial Number is FE5F-25CA" > "D:\wdc_wd5000avvs-63zwb0_skip17000000_count500000_bs512"

These files were stored in a flash drive (probably "Volume Serial Number is 98A5-A98B") NOT running a liveboot of Lubuntu at
* "/media/lubuntu/DE98A5D298A5A98B/_sdb2-0.extracted/100000" - created with the help of a flash drive running a liveboot of Lubuntu, possibly extracted from file "/home/lubuntu/Downloads/sdb2"
* "/media/lubuntu/DE98A5D298A5A98B/_sdb2-0.extracted/f100000.jpg" - also created w/the help of said flash drive running Lubuntu, derived from file "100000"

These binary files were later moved to "Volume in drive G is My Passport \ Volume Serial Number is 1093-F3E8" >
* "G:\1\2001 [...]\_sdb2-0.extracted\f100000.jpg" - JPG image, URI: file:///G:/1/2001[...]/_sdb2-0.extracted/f100000.jpg
* "G:\1\2001[...]\wdc_wd5000avvs-63zwb0_skip17000000_count500000_bs512" - ..\wdc_wd5000avvs-63zwb0_skip17000000_count500000_bs512 relative to _sdb2-0.extracted\

This if from an XFS partition of a 500 GB internal hard drive which was probably in a DirecTV HR22 Receiver. I think this is from "/dev/sdb2". The original binwalk-extracted JPG (probably out of /dev/sdb2) may have been about 250 MB. File 100000 was deleted, and file "f100000.jpg" (URI: file:///media/lubuntu/DE98A5D298A5A98B/_sdb2-0.extracted/f100000.jpg) was derived from it via lximage-qt, which was probably running as root.

Text seen in this image file:
* GIVE 'EM HELL, JOHN. \\\ John Wayne in[?] \ A Howard Hawks Production \ "Rio Lobo" \ A Cinema Conks[?] Films[?] Presentation[?] \ Co-starring[?] Jonan[?] Plurro[?...] Victor[?] French[?...] \ Screenplay by [...] Music by Jerry[?] Goldsmith[?] \ Directed by Howard Hawks[...]Technicolor[...]G[...] \ [...]

See also:
* https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Search?search=GIVE+EM+HELL+JOHN > nothing useful
* https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffab&q=GIVe+EM+HELL+JOHN+%21wd > redirects to https://duckduckgo.com/l/?uddg=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.wikidata.org%2Fw%2Findex.php%3Fsearch%3DGIVe%2520EM%2520HELL%2520JOHN&rut=626bc4116632e2606333eb02ca63a89ac3c50b1cb3bb98e15887bb24cfc24c77 > redirects to https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?search=GIVe%20EM%20HELL%20JOHN&ns0=1&ns120=1 > nothing useful
* https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Search?search=rio+lobo > redirects to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rio_Lobo
** "Rio Lobo is a 1970 American Western film starring John Wayne.
