The story is wild, but the video clearly stated that the heart was not "ground up" and it did not belong to a "two-year-old child"; additionally, "amother [sic]" (a mother) was not forced to eat anything, and I think it was a Syrian army member, not ISIS. I don't think so. What the two-minute (basically) video proves is that a large group of brown/black people went into a store/shop and destroyed stuff and looted it. Was the video shot in Europe or the United States? I don't know; "CCTV cameras" in the vidmax.com description seems to suggest that it was shot in Europe, but Vidmax is not really a reliable source. The title in the metadata of 1570620540235.webm states that the video was shot in Italy, and that metadata seems to be a more reliable source than Vidmax.
